Utilising our wide knowledge of motorsport, the venues and personnel, we also offer an event management service. Our direct operational approach has allowed our clients to focus on their core goals, whilst comfortable in the knowledge that the operational side is being handled by an experienced team.

HSCC Historic Festival

motopro are key to the organisation and marketing of a brand new Festival-style event for Brands Hatch to be held on 30 June - 1 July 2007. The HSCC Historic Festival (sponsored by Autoglym) features up to 30 historic F1 cars racing on the full Brands Hatch GP circuit plus a tremendous supporting programme of classic car races, an air show and lots of free family entertainment, children under 16 are admitted free with ticket-holding adults. csma members can take advantage of an exclusive £12 per adult advance ticket price as advertised in the csma Motoring & Leisure magazine.

csma Classic Festival

motopro were key to helping build the csma Brands Hatch Classic Festival into the Kent circuit's biggest car racing event. The Classic Festival attracted some 50,000 people in 2005 and included races, on track displays, air displays and a large range of infield activities.

classical concerts

We have been contracted to run all logistical and operations for a number of Classical Concerts featuring the English Symphony Orchestra. The brief included hiring of all plant including, stage, lighting, sound systems, toilet facilities, catering, pyrotechnics, traffic management and security services.

For 2007 motopro are proud to be associated with the highly successful Summer Magic Proms concerts being held at Sudeley Castle, Ripley Castle and Borde Hill Garden in mid-Sussex.

mobility roadshow

For the last eight years motopro have been the operations and logistics supplier to the World’s largest disability show, the Mobility Roadshow, this annual event involves over 12 motor manufacturers and 400 exhibitors.

kuoni sport abroad

Our original consultations with Kuoni in relation to a Formula 1 travel business plan have expanded to our management of some of their official tour functions surrounding events including Englands successful Caribbean Cricket Tour, the South Africa World Cup in 2003 and the Rugby World Cup 2003 in Australia.
